In which countries do you Ship?

We do ship by default to Italy and the United States.

Do you Ship internationally?

Yes. If you are outside USA and Italy, please contact the Customer Care info@evielle.com for a personalized shipping cost quotation for your Country.

The country of delivery can be different from the country of purchase?

If you are interested in buying a product not intended for your country, please write to info@evielle.com and we will contact you.

What shipping methods are available?

The courier used for all shipments within Italy is Bartolini. / The courier used for all shipments within the United States and overseas is FedEx.

How long does the order take to arrive?

Delivery times are generally from 4 to 5 working days, (5 to 7 working days to Sardinia, Sicily, and Islands).

How much are the shipping costs?

The shipping costs for deliveries to Italy for Italy customers are free. The shipping costs for deliveries in the USA for USA customers are free.
Since some of our products are physically in Italy, if a USA customers wants to buy them, the shipping cost are $100.

What is the delivery process?

We will send you an e-mail message to confirm your shipping (once released the order from the warehouse) and another message with the order tracking code (with a link to the courier’s web site).

What happens if I do not receive my order?
