What are the conditions to ask for a refund?

Do I have to pay for refunds?

Refunds are always free, using the terms for reimbursement that we offer.

How can I return a product?

Email info@evielle.com indicating the order number and the reason of your returns. Your returns request will be passed on to our Customer Care department, which will decide whether or not to authorize it: authorization will be confirmed with an e-mail, in which you will find a link to follow for printing the label to affix to the package you wish to return.
Once we receive the goods, our Quality Control team will assess the condition of the returned product and proceed to handle your request and issue any refund.
If all of the listed conditions have been respected, Evielle will refund the total cost of the purchased products, or if you prefer it will generate a “credit” that can be used directly on the website for your next purchase.

What is the deadline to return an item?

The deadline for refunds is 14 days from the day the product was received.

How will I receive my refund?

Once approved the refund, you will receive the amount in the same manner in which you made your purchase.

When will I receive my refund?

Once approved the refund (items must be in perfect condition and internal labels intact), you’ll receive an email to confirm that the amount will be paid into your account within a few days. We remind you that the time for crediting depend on your bank and not from Evielle.com

What should I do if the refund amount is incorrect?

Contact us at info@evielle.com and we will solve the problem as soon as possible.
Evielle.com reserves the right to refuse refunds sent or communicated after the deadline, or those items that do not have the conditions of reception of the product.
